Daytona Pressure values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality products and services. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval from Daytona Pressure. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Returned within 10 days of delivery

Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Free from damage, wear, or signs of use
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-built equipment, complete rigs, trailers, and made-to-order systems

Chemicals, detergents, and cleaning solutions

Electrical components and parts

Special-order items
-
Clearance or final-sale items
3. Return Authorization
All returns must be approved prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
To request a return authorization, customers must contact Daytona Pressure at support@daytona-pressure.com with their order number and reason for return.
4. Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the product type and condition upon return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds may be adjusted to reflect restocking fees, damage, missing components, or excessive wear.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. Customers may be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify Daytona Pressure within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting documentation, including photos.
Damaged items must be reported prior to use or installation. Claims submitted after use or outside the reporting window may not be eligible for resolution.
8. Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return authorization process if eligible.
Custom builds and special-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused or returned due to incorrect shipping information or failure to accept delivery may be subject to return shipping costs, restocking fees, and additional charges.
10. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
11. Policy Modifications
Daytona Pressure reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
