Custom-built equipment, complete rigs, trailers, and made-to-order systems require additional processing and build time. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase or order confirmation.

Daytona Pressure utilizes reputable third-party carriers for shipping. Shipping method selection and carrier availability may vary based on product size, weight, and destination.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product dimensions, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Freight shipping may be required for large or heavy items and will be quoted separately when applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Delivery Timeframes

5. Freight & Large Equipment Shipments

Large equipment, complete rigs, trailers, and custom builds may ship via freight carrier. Customers may be required to provide:

  • Commercial delivery address

  • Forklift or unloading assistance

  • Appointment scheduling with the carrier

Failure to provide accurate delivery information may result in additional fees, delays, or failed deliveries.

6. Risk of Loss

All shipments are considered fulfilled once transferred to the shipping carrier. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon carrier pickup.

Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, customers must notify Daytona Pressure within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting documentation, including photos and carrier paperwork, may be required to file a claim.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may result in additional shipping fees and delays.

Daytona Pressure is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
