Daytona Pressure sells pressure washing equipment, supplies, chemicals, parts, accessories, and custom-built systems. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Custom builds, complete rigs, trailers, and made-to-order systems are built specifically to customer specifications and may vary slightly from images or descriptions shown.

3. Pricing, Promotions & Discounts

All promotions, sales, and special offers are offered at the sole discretion of Daytona Pressure management and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Complete rigs and custom builds are not eligible for discounts or promotional pricing unless explicitly stated in writing.
Pricing errors, website glitches, or incorrect product availability may result in order modification or cancellation.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per business, or per order. Orders may be canceled if products are unavailable, incorrectly priced, or affected by technical errors.

Custom orders, once approved and production has begun, may not be canceled or refunded unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Deposits for custom builds are non-refundable once materials or labor have been committed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Daytona Pressure is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain issues, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to approval and must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Certain items—including chemicals, custom builds, electrical components, and special-order products—may be non-returnable.

Refunds, if approved, may be subject to restocking fees.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are sold “as is” unless accompanied by a manufacturer’s warranty. Daytona Pressure makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

Daytona Pressure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from this website.
