Adjustable Chemical Injector – 3/8" MPT (Stainless Steel Ball & Seat)

Fixed chemical injectors are designed for use in downstream chemical injection systems, operating after the pump and unloader through the Venturi effect. When the low-pressure side of a dual lance is activated, the injector’s orifice becomes the restriction point, creating vacuum and pulling chemical into the system.

Most chemical injectors have a maximum draw rate of up to 20% of total flow. However, due to normal system restrictions, actual chemical draw typically averages 12%–18%.

Choose your chemical injector based on your system’s GPM rating and the version best suited for your application:

  • Standard Injectors: Fixed design, non-adjustable, featuring stainless steel ball, seat, and spring for corrosion resistance.

  • Acid Injectors: Similar design with enhanced durability using a ceramic ball and Inconel stainless steel seat.

  • Adjustable Injectors: Allow you to fine-tune chemical draw from approximately 20% down to 3% for greater control.
