Fixed Chemical Injector – 3/8" MPT (Stainless Steel Ball & Seat)

Fixed chemical injectors are designed for downstream chemical injection, meaning installation occurs after the pump and unloader. When paired with a low-pressure nozzle, the injector creates a Venturi effect, generating vacuum through the chemical hose to draw solution into the line.

These Italian-made, high-draw commercial injectors are built for professional pressure washing setups and can achieve chemical draw rates of up to 20%, depending on system configuration.

🔧 Performance & Sizing

Choose your injector based on your system’s GPM range. Smaller orifice sizes typically increase chemical draw strength but may reduce PSI. Many softwash professionals prefer smaller orifice injectors for stronger mix ratios and longer hose runs.

Orifice Size Guide:

• 1.6 Orifice: 2.1 – 3.2 GPM

• 1.8 Orifice: 3.2 – 4.2 GPM

• 2.1 Orifice: 4.2 – 5.5 GPM

• 2.3 Orifice: 5.5 – 6.6 GPM
